The bathroom could benefit from updating, but overall everything was fine.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated right beside the port and in the centre of town. It made it easy to explore all the attractions and enjoy the beautiful waterfront view. the room was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. there was an elevator that made access easy for all guests.
The staff were not always helpful or available, making it difficult to obtain information about checkout times and other services.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is spot on, right in the center of Grado, near facilities and lots of restaurants. You won't have to worry about getting around as everything is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries you may have. The basic amenities are provided, and the rooms offer a nice view of the inner harbor. Plus, the breakfast with a seaview is a wonderful way to start your day.
Everything was satisfactory or excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. the breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options to choose from.
The bed was uncomfortable and could use an update. the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. Its central location made it easy for me to explore the city centre and both beaches. The hotel facilities, including the big elevator, made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast in this hotel was worth noting, it was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning.
For us, it was ideal.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located right in the center of Grado, it is close to the seafront and in the heart of the city centre. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are satisfactory and the rooms, although in need of an update, offer a pleasant view of the surroundings. The breakfast with a seaview is a delightful way to start the day.

Great location and breakfast!
The hotel is located in a wonderful spot, surrounded by many great restaurants and close to the beach. Breakfast was really good, offering a varied selection of food. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly.
The room was quite small and the cleaning service was not up to par. The bathroom had some issues with the shower drain which caused water to flood the bathroom floor.
